Thromboplx I Detection Kit

Detection of Factor II, Factor V Leiden, MTHFR C677T and MTHFR A1298C mutations

Thrombophilia (hypercoagulability) is an acquired or inherited disorder in which the risk of thrombosis increases due to abnormality in blood coagulation. Several point mutations are known to play role in thrombophilia.
Thromboplx I kit provides a ready-to-use Real-Time PCR assay for detection of Factor II (G20210A), Factor V Leiden (G1691A), MTHFR (C677T) and MTHFR (A1298C) mutations in human DNA.

Advantages of Thromboplx I Kit

Ready to Use

This kit includes two mixes. Thrmb M Mix which detects mutant alleles and Thrmb W Mix which detects Wild type alleles. Both of the mixes contain all necessary reagents for Real-Time PCR and are ready to use; no further reagent preparation or mixing is required. Reactions are prepared just by addition of the mix directly to the tubes followed by the sample DNA. Results can be simply viewed in Green/FAM, Yellow/VIC, Orange/ROX and Red/CY5 channels.

Internal Control

Due to dual function of the PCR Mix, the main reaction ensures quality of patient sample and DNA extraction and prevents false negative results by PCR inhibition or setup errors.

Quality Control

Mixes & controls of Thromboplx I  Kit are manufactured in batches, and each series is distributed only after passing Quality Control tests for Specificity, Sensitivity, Accuracy and Precision.

Easy & Quick Setup

Kit contains a template file for quick and easy setup of the Real-Time PCR instrument and no need to go through time taking manual setting, also reducing setup errors.
